Man Down is coming to Chippenham

Man Down, the men’s mental health charity, are starting fortnightly support meetings every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm, starting January 14th. It will be taking place in Studio 2 at the Olympiad Leisure Centre.

The offer peer support for men aged 18+ and are dedicated to removing the stigma around men’s mental health. They are respectful, safe, non-judgemental, supportive and completely confidential.

It is free to attend and there is no need to book – just turn up between 7pm and 9pm to listen or join in and share. No pressure.
